Initial Consultation
The consultation will consist of a meeting with the homeowner and or agent inside the home. We need to see the space so that a formal plan can be developed to ensure the correct style and accents are used. It is imperative that the furniture shows the maximum versatility of the rooms throughout your home. You will receive a quote based on the complexity of the project within a 2 day period.
Installation Process
Most homes can be staged within a one to two day time frame. We will need full access to the home during the installation day(s) without other cleaning and maintenance professionals present. Based on the homes location parking should be secured for the installation to avoid unnecessary delays. Additionally, if your home is located in a controlled access area such as a condo, please ensure that all appropriate requests with the homeowners association have been completed. Form + Function is not responsible for any "staging fees" associated with HOA.
Staging Removal
Once your home is sold, we will schedule a date and the furniture will be removed. Please allow a one weeks notice to remove staging items.
Deposit Requirements
There is a 50% deposit due upon scheduling the installation. The deposit is non refundable. Final payment is due upon completion of the staging.
Billing
If additional months are required, it will be billed on a 30 day cycle for half of the initial installation fee each month. A late fee of 5% will be charged for any past due accounts.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non refundable. Please allow up to a weeks notice for any cancellations or changes. Any stages that require a rescheduled date within one week of the installation date will be charged an additional $350 fee.
